Hello Supporters,

Although it may seem that Bill  A2142 and this petition has stalled there has actual been lots of work being done behind the scenes!  So far since  this petition started in late november  it has collected 342 petitions and about 100 dollars in promotional donations and recognition from a Assembly member .  This is meaningful impact towards a common goal but the work is not done!

The Bill is still progressing and still needs your help

In May Bill A2142 was amended reintroduced in the House health committee meaning that discrepancies and loopholes were closed most importantly they defined a more narrow set of conditions and tracking to address concerns of the mushrooms not being used in the laws intended way.  While this is good progress there's only about 6 months to get this bill to where it needs to be to become law as the session ends this year and most likely would have to restart there progress.  

Keep up the pressure

If you want this bill to pass not only should you sign but also call your state representative and state senate member. You can find yours here.  Make sure to tell them to support the senate and assembly version of Bill A2142 and Bill S495.

Hello my name is  [Name] and i'm one of your constituents.

I  am calling in support of Bills A2142 and Bill S495 for medical legalisation of psilocybin. I believe  these bills can help members of our community with certain mental and even physical problems and was wondering if you are willing to help it pass?

Other News:

Psilocybin and other psychedelic are getting more funding for research at the federal level.  Hopefully this fast tracks research for pro medical use not only in this state but nationwide.
