This week a scathing report was published that shows California is over paying tax dollars to judicial oversight that never occurs, the report caused Sacramento to withhold budget funding until answers about how California is 300% behind monitoring judges when compared to other states. Also pressure on the State Bar to investigate crooked lawyers continues to mount as evidence the State Bar suppresses information that could implicate members in criminal charges.
