Court papers show that Santa Clara Family Court Judges, Referees and Attorneys are engaged in money laundering, tax evasion and are providing kickbacks under the guise of fee awards and sanctions , paid with public and federal funds. In June 2015 Judge Grilli declared a 57 year old woman, on Meidcare to be a vexatious litigant, without holding an evidentiary hearing or making proper legal findings. Judge Grilli then ordered the woman to pay the her former spouses' lawyer $120,000 as the woman was on Medicare, had a fee waiver filed with the court and her former spouse reported approximately $1,900,000 in income. Ordering litigants to pay an attorney, for the other side, while on public assistance, essentially with federal funds , is an abuse of federal funds. And whistles are blowing in Santa Clara County where judges routinely violate local rules, law and ethics. Court staff have secretly been providing numerous cases where such misuse of public funds is being employed in the Santa Clara Family Court System. We call on the FBI and US Attonrey General, as well as California's Attorney General to investigate. The US Attorney is already involved in the Brooks case before Judge Grilli, more cases should be investigated.
