After a YouTube Video was posted, our petition has been flooded with people reporting fees Brad Baugh has been awarded with public and private funds, indicating he is likely the highest paid family law attorney in Santa Clara County . In one case , Brad Baugh dragged the case out for 8 years, earned nearly $4,000,000 and had a lien placed on the home of a woman who lost her children to collect some of those fees, as he concealed his clients' business fraud from the court. The worst fee collection appears to be where he acted as the children's lawyer in a case and told a father if he didn't pay $10,000, he wouldn't get to see his children. The father refused and Brad Baugh got a life time ban on custody imposed against the father from Judge Clark. We aren't even sure that is legal. Brad Baugh routinely misstates law and rule to judges, he falsifies evidence and commits perjury as a matter of routine. He engages in exparte communication with court staff and fails to give legal notice to the other side. He lies and denies he has been served to delay a case. Family lawyers battle Brad Baugh in court, because Baugh never settles a case, and once in court Brad Baugh consistently demonstrates he is willing to mislead a judge, makes up rules to keep evidence exposing his client's fraud out of the record and commits perjury every time he opens his mouth . Too much evidence has surfaced showing this misconduct has been imposed on litigants and other lawyers in Santa Clara County for over 40 years, all ignored by the State Bar. No wonder the State Legislature has lost confidence in the State Bar's handling of lawyer complaints.
