Santa Clara Family Court Judges are among the worst in the state for ignoring fact and allowing dirty lawyers to lead them to the wrong conclusions and orders. Children are typically in harms way as a result. We have ten cases in recent months that show a small group of lawyers violating State Bar Rules and lying to the court to get favorable orders for their clients. Judges like Grilli appear to be duped , incompetent and directed at self represented parties, out of two lawyers or lawyers she clearly dislikes. Did Rise- Pichon get removed as Santa Clara's Presiding Judge because she didn't have the backbone to deal with Judge Grilli? Did shoving those Grilli complaints in a file draw finally catch up to the county ? Judge Grilli has been removing children from good parents, driving teens to suicide and acting like the Robinhood of the county; where she takes property from divorcing families and gives it to her favorite crooked lawyers. Will the new Presiding Judge have the backbone to deal with Grilli and stop the ISIS like terrorist tactics Grilli has launched from the bench for nearly 20 years ? Has Grilli influenced Towery to the point that he is a lost judicial cause for fairness as well ? Let's see what 2016 brings and if Santa Clara will finally be forced to clean up family court , and the rotten judges.
