Gridlock Grilli hasn't done one good thing for children in Santa Clara County family courts. She creates conflict where their was none and her duty seems to be to pay her favorite lawyers over tending to justice and the law. Grilli never makes decisions, she appoints crooked children's lawyers and she drags cases out forever. She has been abusing public funds and our children for decades. She is rumored to be addicted to pain medications and suffering from early dementia. The county must stop her from harming children. A litigant who has observed Grilli's conduct and who is a state mandated child abuse reporter is filing complaints against Grilli for child abuse. Judge Grilli is also abusing public funds by mismanaging her court, court resources and the cases before her. In one recent case a father asked her to appoint an expert to assist with a teen the father believed to be suicidal. Grilli denied the request and told the father to come back when the teen was ready to kill himself. In Grilli's court teens become suicidal . Grilli has a long personal history of failing in her own family relationships, perhaps she sees the judicial bench to impose her miserable failure on all Santa Clara County children. Grilli has to go ! Santa Clara County children are not safe until she does.
