On behalf of The Assin Foundation (Foundation) and Chief of Suampon-State
Assin Jakai and Assin Praso.

We would like to invite you to a meeting, where our appointed members for our alliance, representing the Assin Praso Heritage Site (Heritage Site) gather and discuss the state of our initiative, including our Memorandum of Understanding, rectified in 2019. Furthermore, we are proposing to set a date of the handover ceremony of the Heritage Site to the Foundation in July 2024.

We would appreciate the opportunity to provide insight into the missions of our Foundation:
- protection of the heritage and
- environment creating employment opportunities for the local community.

We held a meeting on 7th June at 10:00 (gmt) at Assin Praso lasting 60 mins, however, we did not conclude our mission and agenda.
 
We agreed to reconvene on 3rd July 2024 at 10:30 for a second part .
