The A.I.D. America Act (Accelerated Immigration Due Process for American Democracy) is a bipartisan proposal to replace chaotic mass enforcement with a clear, fast, and fair legal system.

Here’s how it works:

* A judge must approve every deportation with a signed warrant

* First-time non-criminal cases may qualify for a Voluntary Deportation Clause (VDC) — giving 7 days to leave with GPS monitoring

* Anyone can challenge deportation and receive an Accelerated Review Hearing within 72 hours

Judicial, not politics, decide who stays and who goes

It costs less than military deployment, and it upholds constitutional due process
