The Norwalk Traffic Authority has the power to pass a regulation allowing Street Legal Golf Carts to operate on select local roads and we have drafted a regulation for their review. The regulation has been developed to comply with or exceed the requirements of the current CT State law regarding the use of golf carts on local roads.
