We wrote to every owner — and asked the Board for answers by Sept 16

Thank you for signing — here's where things stand.

This week we sent a letter to every owner in Beaver Mountain Estates, more than 100 households, laying out the facts before any vote to permanently ban short-term rentals. The heart of it: the Board's own balanced committee — two owners for, two against, and a neutral chair — spent roughly 14 months building a real regulatory framework, and owners deserve to know why that compromise was set aside in favor of an outright ban.

We've also asked the Board, on the record, for the Association's records and a written response by September 16. When we hear back, we'll post exactly what they say right here — no spin.
