Currently, Pigeon House Road provides sole access to our homes, the respected Yacht Club, Saint Patrick's Rowing Club, the Stella Maras Rowing Club,Scouts Club for the youth of Ringsend &  The crucial Marina slipway to the River Liffey. The projected increase in traffic not only poses a significant threat to our accessibility but also increases safety risks, degrades the quality of life for residents, and detracts from the enjoyment of our neighborhood's communal and recreational areas.
