Dear Supporters,
We have exciting news!
At a special meeting this past week, the Town Council approved upgrades to four Tiburon parks — yes, four!
The largest project is the redesign of the former sanitation pond site in Lineal Park. The concept includes a basketball court, ball wall, two sand volleyball courts, shaded seating, and a lawn for freestyle play. It’s going to be amazing!
The Town also approved concept designs for Cypress Hollow Park, Bel Aire Park, and Belveron Park. You can view the latest designs here:

The next step is prioritizing and funding these projects. While the Town has allocated money for park improvements, it is not enough to cover all four.
The Town is now exploring community donations, grants, and other funding sources to help bring these projects to life. We’ll keep you updated as things evolve.
The approval of concept designs is a HUGE step forward. We are incredibly excited about the future of Tiburon’s parks.
Thank you for all your support!
Sincerely,
Parents for Parks + Rec
