I was reading the Consumer & Competition Act 2010 the other day as I was interested in starting a consumer business and found that Game Freak has been breaking Australian Law, more specifically Volume 3, Schedule 2, Chapter 1, Part 4. It reads:

(1)  If:

(a)  a person makes a representation with respect to any future matter (including the doing of, or the refusing to do, any act); and

(b)  the person does not have reasonable grounds for making the representation;

the representation is taken, for the purposes of this Schedule, to be misleading.

As a proud Australian I am appalled that Game Freak has been able to get away with this and you should be too.

TAKE ACTION! If you are Australian, report Game Freak for misconduct. If you are outside of Australia, sign this petition! We can still do this!
