I've dedicated my career to developing a very special set of skills, ranging from UX and digital presentation to organizational branding. My portfolio, which reflects years of hard work and dedication, is available at [MargaretRaye.com](http://margaretraye.com). This diverse skill set represents not only my professional capabilities, but also the respect I have longed to establish in all facets of life and work.
Recently, a situation has arisen where my personal boundaries were crossed. Despite the discomfort and challenge this has posed, it's essential for me to approach it with mutual respect—a principle I deeply value. I believe that respect is a two-way street; it must be both given and reciprocated. When disrespect is perceived, it often stems from systemic psychological misunderstandings, which can, and should, be addressed by repairing the boundaries that have been breached.
This is a call to action: to repair these boundaries, not just for me, but to set a precedent for treating each other's skills, work, and personal space with the respect they deserve. Although I've taken steps to address and repair my side of this boundary, it's equally important that the other party, in this context, reciprocate this action and mutual understanding.
The aim of this petition is to cultivate an environment where mutual respect is the norm, and personal and professional boundaries are cherished, not infringed. It's about creating a systemic change where misunderstandings are opportunities for growth rather than conflict.
I urge you to support this initiative not just for me but for everyone who strives to accomplish a respectful workplace and community. Let's join together in this effort. By signing this petition, you are supporting a culture of mutual respect and understanding, which is foundational to any thriving community or professional environment.
Please sign this petition to advocate for respect and understanding, and to affirm the importance of respecting personal boundaries.

SUMMARY NOTES
This Change.org initiative is to support the approach of mutual respect.
If disrespect has been felt, this is my understanding from a systemic psychological viewpoint: repair the boundaries and prevent future misunderstandings.
My boundaries were crossed. I have repaired my side: the Master's is expected to be fully completed by summer; Doctorate essays submitted by spring.
