With a deep personal affiliation, I express my disappointment and concern over the recent mistreatment of Mike Thompkins, an invaluable Aqua Fitness instructor at OneLife Fitness located in Clinton, MD. Mike had been a part of my journey towards physical health recovery until recently when he was unfairly dismissed from his teaching roles.

The reason declared was based on a flawed process dictated by the Group Fitness Director: taking attendance of attendees while they are in the water, an act deemed as a "safety issue." It is clear that this dismissal comprises an overstretched control mechanism and a poor reflection of the administrative practices. While safety should be a priority, it is evident that the problem lies in the unreasonable expectations set by OneLife Fitness administration.

OneLife Fitness, renowned for its quality of service, is now undermining the high tuition fees we pay and disfavoring its members who have come to trust the expertise, like that of Mike's. We need Mike Thompkins reinstated and a thorough reform in the administrative process at the gym.
