As you know, June is Pride Month, but there is a threat toward the community. Donald J. Trump has threatened the folks who run the suicide hotline that offers support for members in the LGBTQIA+ community. He has threatened the people who run the hotline to shut down and he has ordered it to shut down next month. If you are a resident of New Jersey and you are also a member of the LGBTQIA+community or if you have a loved one who is a member of the community, your signature on this petition and your sharing it on all your social media platforms will help spread the word. And to my fellow men and women in the LGBTQIA+ community: You have my utmost support and I stand in solidarity with you in protest against any and all oppressive actions Trump and his administration has against us. I wish all of you a Happy Pride Month and always remember: We are all in this together.
