I hope that you enjoyed the holidays! As the new year approaches, we are getting closer and closer to the deadlines by which faculty have to sign away their jobs or face the possibility of being terminated without severance if they refuse to do so. Now more than ever, we need to show faculty we have their backs and provide them with our support. 

Therefore, I ask that you please considering donating to this faculty Go Fund Me for legal fees and sharing the link widely. No amount is too small. If the administration sees that faculty have the means to pursue legal action, they may do away with their threats of denying severance and agree to terminate faculty according to handbook guidelines. As stated in the Go Fund Me blurb, your donation will be refunded (minus Go Fund Me fees) if faculty do not end up having to pursue legal action.
