Attend the ceremony at the Capitol hosted by Wisconsin Law Enforcement Memorial, Inc. This event honors fallen officers across Wisconsin. It's a sobering experience - I'll leave it at that. 3. Write a letter to the Capital Times or Wisconsin State Journal telling them how much you appreciate Madison PD.
