On December 30th Michigan's Governor signed House bill's 4853 & 4855 into law! Unfortunately Senate bill's 219 & 220 were not. They died after they had been held up in the House Judiciary Committee by Rep. Klint Kesto for over a year, and no explanation was ever given why. Our Senate sponser Sen. Rick Jone has reintroduce Logan's Senate bill: 301s for the 2017-2018 session. I want to thank everyone that has made Logan's law a reality in the House Of Representatives.
