LOGAN'S LAW - House Bills: 4353 & 4355 have passed the House & Senate, and was presented to the Governor 12/21/2016 @ 3:54 PM!! Unfortunately Senate bills: 219 & 220 where never placed on the House Judiciary Committee agenda. These two very important bills were just left there to die on the House committee floor by the Chairman Rep. Klint Kesto who should have moved these bill's back in January of 2016! You can be assured, that in 2017 we will reintroduced NEW Senate bills and get this thing done!!
