An hour-long interview on SGT REPORT on Dec. 23 with sponsors of the 9/11 Grand Jury Petition drew over 150 donors, culminating a drive that has yielded over $60,000 in two weeks to build the capacity of the sponsors of the campaign to bring about a Grand Jury investigation of the destruction of three World Trade Center buildings on Sept. 11, 2001.
SGT interviewed David Meiswinkle, President of the Lawyers Committee; investigator Barbara Honegger, board member of the Committee; and Richard Gage, AIA, Executive Director of Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth about the petition filed with the U. S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, calling for a Grand Jury investigation. The U. S. Attorney recently acknowledged in a letter to the Committee that he has reviewed the petition and its 57 evidentiary exhibits and will comply with the federal statute requiring him to present this evidence to a Grand Jury. By law, such proceedings are conducted in secrecy, and no other information has been released to date. The interview dealt with the significance of the action, its legal and factual basis, and its prospects for success.
