Attorney for the Southern District of Manhattan, calling for him to present evidence of pre-positioned explosives at the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001 to a Grand Jury for possible criminal investigation.  The U. S. Attorney has reviewed the evidence and agreed to comply with the law requiring him to do so.
