As a long-time resident of Holmdel, NJ, I am deeply concerned about the proposed development project by Adoni Property Group. This developer is currently suing Middletown to construct over 450 housing units on Red Hill Road (near Sloan-Kettering) and Nut Swamp Road as part of an affordable housing development project. This proposal threatens the tranquility and integrity of our town.

Our local infrastructure is not equipped to handle such a massive influx of residents. The potential impact includes significant congestion, rapid degradation of our roadways, and forced detours through other neighborhoods – creating a ripple effect that will disrupt life for miles around our beloved town.

Furthermore, given the elevation of the currently undeveloped property on Red Hill Road, there are serious environmental concerns that need to be addressed. The potential for increased runoff could harm local ecosystems and exacerbate flooding issues in lower-lying areas.

We must stand together as a community against this high-density housing proposal on Holmdel’s border. We urge you to support Holmdel filing an appeal against this decision for Adoni Property Group's project. Our town deserves careful consideration in all matters related to its growth and development.
