Fantastic news! HCR 5009 (the bill that would give Kansans the right to put forth our own state laws to be voted on) has been introduced in the state Committee on Elections.

And in even more good news, one of the members of the committee, Silas Miller has signed this petition! This means we have some support behind us, which makes me optimistic about our chances. Now comes the next step of convincing the other members of the committee that there's support for HCR 5009.
