Thank you for signing the petition to bring needed community medicine back to the people!

THE BILL IS GETTING HEARD! WE HAVE A REAL CHANCE TO PASS THIS BUT WE NEED ALL THE COMMUNITY SUPPORT TO MAKE IT HAPPEN!

We need everyone to do the following:

1. call and email the reps below - Here is a doc with some templates for calling/emailing.

2. Fill out a witness slip before March 12th

TO FILL OUT A WITNESS SLIP:

• Fill out this form online
• Complete your information, including your organization, if you are slipping on behalf of an organization, agency, or firm.
• Select “Proponent”
• Select "Written Statement Filed"
• Create slip!
• Email your written statement to healthcarelicensescommittee@hds.ilga.gov as a PDF file, saved as "HB 2715 Proponent YourName.pdf"
• here is an example of a witness slip you can use
• if you don't have time to submit a written testimony, please still fill out the witness slip and select “Record of Appearance Only”

this is a big big deal for harm reduction and community health! Please share this info far and wide!
