We the undersigned support the proposal of the Geraldine R S A, that a military type soldier sculpture similar in style to those at Fairlie/Waihao Forks/Marsden Valley Stoke,Nelson be placed on the corner of Cox and Hislop Street in the remembrance rose garden site.

At a cost of approximately $30,000.00 . Instead of the proposed land girls sculpture that was intended for Woodbury by the Geraldine Community Board at a cost of  approximately $70,000.00
