Dan's case was mentioned in the Federal Court last week but arguments about
why the extradition should be overturned are unlikely to be heard until at
least August.
Meanwhile Dan has been incarcerated in maximum security (with no Australian
charges and in contravention to UN rules) for 945 days.
Post-election, the family hopes Australia’s new Attorney-General Michelle
Rowland will stop this unjust extradition and allow this loving husband and
father of six to return home and be with his family.
This Aussie family is struggling both psychologically and financially. Their
property was seized and their request for legal aid was denied. They are
determined to continue their fight but need to rely on other generous and
caring Aussies to help.
If you are able to donate to help, it would be very much appreciated. If you
are keen to support in other ways, like writing to politicians, or to Dan,
please visit our website: https://freedanduggan.org/ for more info.
Thanks again for your support, it means so much to this family to know that
they are not alone.
