Dan's legal team is trying to reach agreement on a timetable for the Federal Court appeal against his extradition, as well as get access to secret Canberra documents which will inform their case.

The matter was debated in court this week but no agreement has yet been reached.

Meanwhile, Dan remains in maximum security prison with no local charges, and the family continues to face massive costs and unbearable stress and anxiety about their future.
