Saffrine Duggan is pushing on with her Canberra marathon training to raise money to fight for her family, and for justice.

She's now running up to 25km at a time, with another six weeks of training in front of her.

She's in for the long-haul because Dan's case in the Federal Court is going to take months and cost well over $100,000. 

The case has been listed for mention again next Tuesday, 4 March, as the legal team tries to bed down a fair and reasonable timetable for documents to be produced and the complex case to be heard.
