The move to Macquarie sees Dan lose:

• His recently-approved access to a word processor to prepare his case for the Attorney-General.
• A phone to talk to his wife and kids in the mornings and evenings from his solitary confinement cell.
• A yard for occasional exercise.

During the week, meetings with his legal team have been cancelled, delayed and changed. There are also questions about whether these private legal meetings are being recorded.

The family now faces an extra 1hr & 10 minute drive to visit Dan on the weekends, compared to Lithgow.
