This Easter please join the Duggans in praying for justice before Dan’s case returns to court next Thursday, and Julian Assange’s fate is decided in the UK. If you can afford it, the family would very much appreciate any assistance you can provide with a donation here: https://freedanduggan.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Donation-page.pdf

Both of these cases potentially see an Australian father and citizen unfairly extradited to the US to face incredibly harsh penalties.

Dan’s legal team is being forced to apply for an adjournment while they seek legal aid because the US seized Saffrine’s assets which she’d planned to sell in order to pay for Dan’s defence.

Unbelievably, the adjournment application is being opposed by the US, assisted by our own government bureaucrats.

The Duggan family is struggling with the financial and emotional strain of this case but they are determined to fight. It would be great to see some supporters attend the hearing at the Downing Centre in Sydney on Thursday 4 April at 9am.

Like Julian Assange, Dan’s case is a blight on the rights of Australian citizens and Australia’s Human Rights record. Dan, a father of six, has been in maximum security solitary confinement in NSW for the past 17 months - without any local charges or criminal history - as he awaits possible extradition to the United States on allegations he strongly denies.

At any time, the Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus has the power to release Dan and stop this inhumane torture because he is being detained right here in Australia.

Thanks again for your support.
