94 days today that my beautiful Husband Daniel Duggan a man of Honor, integrity, love, and pride has been sitting in a cell, unable to clear his name. 

The allegations brought against Daniel Duggan from more than 10 years ago form the basis of a Trump era indictment and now extradition request

The indictment itself contains many half-truths falsehoods and embellishments, which paint a very misleading picture.  Which Duggan and his legal team strenuously reject.

Meanwhile, up to that point, Mr Duggan has been held in harsh maximum-security conditions since his mysterious arrest on 21st of October.

Soon after and unprecedentedly, he was further classified as an extreme high risk restricted inmate, EHRR. The highest possible classification in Australia, which is normally reserved for those convicted of terrorism crimes.

This unjustified classification is extremely suspicious of external political interference.

As Mr Duggan has no Australian crimes against him, nor has her ever had any charges or previous criminal history against him here in Australia or worldwide.

This further raises the suspicions of the political nature and timing of the arrest and extradition request by the US for allegations from more than 10 years ago.

It has also been suggested there is a vendetta aspect to the prosecution by the US against Duggan, as he renounced the US citizenship when proudly receiving his Australian citizenship in 2012.

Previously to that, he was a permanent resident since immigrating to Australia in 2002.
