Our family is under severe duress, by the way that The Attorney General, Mark Dreyfus has delivered the news of accepting the Section 16C from the US on the 23rd December, 2 days before Christmas. Our children are Traumatised. The way this verdict was released was cruel and orchestrated so Daniel Duggan was unable to consult with his legal team, the media, and his family. He cannot talk to anybody, he cannot defend himself because there has been someone,(no one will own up to this) that is shrouded in Secrecies as to WHO gave the Authorisation of a CLASSIFICATION of Extreme, High, Risk, Restricted (EHRR). WHY ?

This classification has never in Australian History been given to an Australian Citizen, with NO Australian Charges, NO history WORLD WIDE of criminal charges and has never been Violent in his life. So this is totally POLITICAL in NATURE !! With this classification it means Daniel cannot defend himself. He cannot speak to his Legal Team or family with out recordings, cut offs of phone calls, yelling, stress. Everything possible set up to create psychological abuse of a person. This is happening in AUSTRALIA in NSW right under our noses. It is UNLAWFUL, INHUMAN, POLITIACL IN NATURE and UNFAIR.

This is a Trump Era Indictment based on allegations from over 10years ago. It is full of embellishments, Half truths and Falsehoods.

It is a PURILE VENDETTA. Blood Feud.

Please stand up for INNOCENCE before being proved Guilty.

Please stand up for AUSTRALIAN SOVEREIGNTY.

Please stand UP for saying NO to the US dictating Australia's decisions. Political decisions are not allowed to be made using Human Life.
