Hello All, Hope you're well, Just a quick update to keep everyone in the loop. As you know Mac appeared in the court in March. Instead of Mac making a plea for the charges against him, the Judge has arranged for another hearing in September. At this hearing, the case can either result in the charges against Mac being dropped & the case being 'thrown out of court' or the trail will go ahead. The date of the next court hearing in September will be close to two years since Mac was first arrested & the charges made against him. One positive of the last court hearing was the Judge ruled the bail conditions be lifted. Resulting in Mac & any of his previous customers can communicate & the he was able to start piercing again. Since the bail conditions were lifted, the individuals responsible for the persecution of Mac & discrimination of Body Modification as a professional specialism & personal choice, have appealed the Judges decision to lift the bail conditions & won. Lets hope this is the only Win they experience through out his case. Mac has a meeting with his legal team scheduled soon, any new information or news will be passed on. So we all stay in the loop.
