I am writing this petition as a former colleague of Sibani Rana, a young professional who is currently going through the most difficult time of her life.

On 17th February, Sibani’s father, Babulu Rana (52), met with a severe BMTC accident near Jakkur in Bengaluru. The accident was so serious that members of the public had to contact Sibani to inform her about the incident.

Since that day, her family’s life has completely changed.

Babulu Rana is currently suffering from critical spine injuries, and doctors have advised two major surgeries that are necessary for his recovery. The estimated cost of treatment is around ₹8 lakhs.

Babulu Rana is the only earning member of the family. His sudden accident has not only affected his health but has also pushed the entire family into a deep financial crisis. Unfortunately, they do not have medical insurance or savings to support such a large medical expense.

As someone who has worked with Sibani, I know how hardworking and responsible she is. Seeing her struggle to save her father while managing financial stress has been heartbreaking for all of us who know her.

We are requesting compassionate individuals to come forward and support Babulu Rana during this critical time.
