Here are more evidence and facts of this abusive, deadly, and enabled situation that is to create violence against women and leaders like Amber Heard who try to bring awareness - even to the United Nations General Assembly.

- Ellen Barkin is an ex of Johnny Depp and made a deposition statement supporting Amber Heard for her Virginia, USA case. She wrote online that they only care about women after they are dead, after she re-posted an article about Amber. "And we never will be...unless we're dead."
- Kate Moss was found crouched in a corner after police were called when Depp was destroying his hotel room. Staff members believe he pushed Kate and that staff would walk away.
- Witnesses in the trial speaking for Depp may be paid $100,000 as patrons of Depp, receive free housing, free jet plane rides, food, events, and followers who will even create accounts to support them. Even a 3-time felon can stay on Twitter, but AmberHeard Italia and other pages can be hacked.
- Amber grew up in a violent household, where her mother stayed with her father despite this. To Amber Heard, as shown in this video about 'splitting', marriage and relationships are long-term, even with violence.
- Elon Musk offered 24/7 security to Amber Heard when she wanted a restraining order against Johnny Depp. Texts show she had mentioned violence to Musk prior to this escalation.

Tabloids try to frame it so that the public would rationalize Amber's death if it escalated. Don't enable violence against women.
The video attached is of Amber Heard speaking on behalf of businesswoman Marsha Lazareva, who was falsely set up by powerful players in the Middle East, for the United Nations. Cherie Blair and Neil Bush have supported freeing Marsha. Cherie Blair continuously supports Amber Heard, according to reports, and a more safe, equal world.
As seen in the NGN trial, we saw there were at least 14 physical altercations, and though not all were recorded, Amber Heard did her best to document the abuse she experienced.
Depp was recorded admitting to headbutting her during that physical fight that left her unconscious, nearly suffocated by being pushed into a pillow, and waking up to see her blood on her pillow. It was an escalation that made her fear for her life and months later led to IO calling 911.
According to Amber, Depp threatened to kill her, and it's collaborated motive with homicidal ideation texts with actor Bettany - who has made false statements in support of Depp. Collusion is very damaging, and witnesses may be speaking for Depp because of the collusion.
For many months this 2020, Adam Waldman has used a strange account on Twitter that originally had no profile photo or banner, with it attacking a New York Times reporter, referring to her as a "national security" reporter among other reporters who write anything beneficial to Amber Heard or even when they write without bias.
It only follows the Dali Llama. If you understand social engineering, you may have thought this account was fake.
Then later closer to the NGN trial, he added a dark profile photo wearing black clothing.
Parts of the Counterclaim from Amber Heard refers specifically to Adam R. Waldman, licensed by the Washington DC bar and who previously worked for Oligarch Billionaire Deripaska, who was accused of organized crime and knowing about election interference.

1. This campaign of harassment is consistent with comments Mr. Depp made to friends regarding his intentions to ruin Ms. Heard’s career, or worse. For example, in 2013, Mr. Depp texted his friend, actor Paul Bettany, the following: “Let’s burn Amber.” The same day, he texted Bettany again with plans to murder her: “Let’s drown her before we bum her!!! I will f-k her burnt corpse afterwards to make sure she is dead.”

Mr. Depp, through his agents and attorneys, has also attempted to intimidate and threaten witnesses to attempt to influence their testimony in a manner adverse to Ms. Heard, claiming that they will have to spend significant sums for attorneys if they do not cooperate and sign declarations prepared by Waldman, suggesting that without their cooperation people will be arrested and charged with crimes, and the like....
1. Depp’s defamation and harassment of Ms. Heard did not stop when he filed this lawsuit. In fact, it has continued though the present, as Depp has authorized and conspired with his attorney, Adam Waldman (acting on Depp’s behalf), to attempt to destroy and defame Ms. Heard in the press, accusing her of being a serial liar who created the abuse she endured from Depp, which is not true.
2. On April 12, 2019, Depp, through Waldman, accused Ms. Heard of committing “defamation, perjury and filing and receiving a fraudulent temporary restraining order demand with the court” falsely accusing Ms. Heard of not being attacked by Depp. Exhibit B...
1. On July 2, 2019, Depp, through Waldman, told Blast that Ms. Heard, “went to court with painted on ‘bruises’ to obtain a Temporary Restraining Order on May 27.” Exhibit D. The next day, Waldman continued Depp’s defamation of Ms. Heard when he stated to People magazine that “Ms. Heard’s ‘battered face’ was a hoax.” Exhibit E.

Depp, through Waldman, continued to claim that Ms. Heard was committing ('Conspiracy with Witnesses') to the Daily Mail, when he stated on April 8, 2020 that “Amber Heard and her friends in the media use fake sexual violence allegations as both a sword and shield, depending on their needs. They have selected some of her sexual violence hoax ‘facts’ as the sword, inflicting them on the public and Mr. Depp.” Exhibit F.
3. Then on April 27, 2020, Depp, through Waldman, again told the Daily Mail that “Quite simply this was an ambush, a hoax ('Conspiracy with Witnesses'). They set Mr. Depp up by calling the cops but the first attempt didn’t do the trick. The officers came to the penthouses, thoroughly searched and interviewed, and left after seeing no damage to face or property. So Amber and her friends spilled a little wine and roughed the place up, got their stories straight under the direction of a lawyer and publicist, and then placed a second call to 911.” Exhibit G.
4. On June, 24, 2020, Depp, through Waldman, falsely accused Ms. Heard in the Daily Mail of committing an “abuse hoax” against Depp. Exhibit H.
5. On July 22, 2020, Depp, through Waldman, tweeted the following with a picture:
This photo was taken March 23, 2013 ONE DAY AFTER Ms. Heard alleges Johnny Depp backhanded her in the face with heavy rings on his fingers.
6. On July 26, 2020, Depp, through Waldman tweeted the following with the same pictures:
Nice Photo taken March 24, 2013 one day after she [Ms. Heard] claimed Johnny smashed her in the face with heavily ringed fingers. Confronted, Amber testified she sees swelling in the pie. Whitney then testified she sees swelling and a SPLIT LIP. Do you Believe[sic] them or your own lying eyes?
1. These tweets contained false and defamatory information, including the date of the picture.
2. This elaborate plan to defame Ms. Heard was willful and malicious.
3. Contrary to his allegations and efforts to rewrite history, Depp did in fact engage in acts of domestic violence and abuse against Ms. Heard, and Ms. Heard did not ('Conspire with Witnesses to Testify'). Depp’s statements and allegations, both through Depp and his agent Waldman (acting on Depp’s behalf), are false and defamatory.
4. In this Counterclaim, Ms. Heard seeks a judicial declaration that her op-ed is not actionable, is protected by Virginia’s Anti-SLAPP statute, Virginia Code § 8.01-233.2, and Ms. Heard is entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs pursuant to Virginia Code § 8.01-233.2.
5. Ms. Heard further seeks to restore the balance of truth and fight back, as the victim of domestic abuse and violence, and take a stand against this continuing and unrelenting abuse. Ms. Heard seeks compensatory damages and punitive damages from Depp for his false and defamatory statements and for the harassment and abuse of computers and computer accessed media, as set forth in this Counterclaim."

What’s more, stunning that he can’t help himself even as he’s apparently about to fight having to give a deposition... "

You state that Mr. Waldman is “. . . inciting... against people . . .” and “. . . harming the legal trials . . .” on Twitter involving his client, Johnny Depp’s case before Fairfax County Circuit Court. You state that Mr. Waldman’s tweets amount to witness intimidation and coercion, and that this behavior is also damaging to the public and reporters. You also state that the judge presiding over the case appears to discourage this behavior.
We decline to open a formal investigation of this matter, as this is a pending case and the parties may address this issue with the court. If the Court finds that Mr. Waldman has engaged in impropriety, such as violating a gag order, or if the Court holds Mr. Waldman in contempt of court, you may write to us again..."
Notice how Amber Heard can describe very dangerous, visually horrible acts of violence against her, including strangling, burning threats, intimidation, and bruised ribs, and Depp has revealed in the audio leaks that he says Amber "cannot deck him."
Online perceptions were attempted to be altered by referring to Amber truthfully stating she was 115 lbs and that any fight would not be fair. Evidence that would be supporting Amber Heard is twisted by these accounts online.
Notice how tabloids and media will insert a single claim against Amber, which the enabling culture and institutions that Amber described, will use to claim her detailed descriptions and data are not valid... Yet, the violence and abuse against Amber Heard is clearly documented and heinous.
One example even describes raw meat left around the house, when that supposed previous partner of ex-staffer from last year wrote that Depp is fascinated with serial killers...
"...Today, NGN’s lawyer Sasha Wass QC asked Heard, 34, about the incident in Australia in March 2015, when Ms Heard alleges Mr Depp was taking MDMA and drinking heavily....
Ms Wass asked Ms Heard about the evidence of Ben King, Mr Depp’s previous estate manager, on the damage to the house in which they were staying – which included broken windows, graffiti on mirrors and blood and paint on the walls and floors....
She added: ‘He had burned holes through some cushions and through some lampshades, blood and paint, more messages on cushions, there was a couch flipped over. ‘It appeared to be he had set fire to one of the cushions because the carpet was burned around it a little.
‘My paints were out, it appeared to be that maybe he had either thrown or dropped paint on the floor and on the wall. More messages in paint and blood, I could see both textures.
‘I found raw meat, at first I didn’t know what it was, on the floor. Not just on the floor, I continued to find it… that day, hidden in various places.
‘He had taken my nightgown and ripped it into shreds. He wrapped pieces of food (in it).’
Ms Heard said there was a ‘significant pooling of blood on the floor, on the steps leading to the stairs. I could see my own bloody footprints (from the night before) but I could also see what appeared to be dropped blood’. She said: ‘I assumed it was from my own arms and hands and feet.’
Ms Heard continued that, when she got downstairs, Mr Depp was playing ‘death metal, blasting really loud’ and she could see ‘tonnes of broken glass’.
Ms Heard added: ‘There were windows broken, there was so much glass on the floor I could barely find a pathway to walk. There was damage left in the house in March 2015 (Picture: PA/PA Wire) ‘The ping pong table was broken and on the ground.’
... Ms Heard replied: ‘Yes, about 24 hours into his binge, rage, I had previously come downstairs… I knew he just needed to eat or sleep and the moment I described yesterday, where he offered the bottle to me, this is after he had held me up against the fridge by my neck.
‘He was screaming at me for ruining his life, he said over and over again that I ruined his f***ing life and that he wished he had never met me and that I did this… I made him this mad, I made him drink, I did this and I always did this.
‘He held a bottle up against my face, he told me that he would slice up my face.
‘I accept at some point I either pushed him or pushed his arms off me...
‘It was after that moment or after those moments, he was so angry he punched the wall… he started hitting the wall, he was punching the wall and he got carried away in that moment.
‘He saw the phone… it was kind of a mint green, cream Bakelite, plastic mounted phone on the wall and he picks it up and the hand that had been on my neck loosened a little bit as he was focused on the phone and I stepped back… while he proceeded to, instead of punching with his hand, his fist, he used the phone.’
Ms Heard told the court that Mr Depp smashed the phone ‘repeatedly, over and over again, into the wall, screaming at the top of his lungs and I watched as this phone just was disappearing in front of my own eyes’. She said that when Mr Depp was smashing the phone against the wall ‘it was breaking off in shards’.

There can be entire detailed, documented descriptions, and the online social media institutions will continue to allow the cyberabuse against businesses supporting her, and against Amber Heard directly.
According to the Association of Progressive Communications in 2015, social media platforms do not stop or understand violence against women: "... no social media/networking company surveyed had made a public commitment to human rights, nor demonstrated a clear understanding of violence against women.``

- Did you know that 911 cannot geolocate (find your location through technology) or use real-time data? There is no application for 911 that's effective. You cannot text or get language translations from 911. It's not like TV - they don't know who you are or where you are.
- Over 60% of calls to 911 may be about domestic violence. Did you know that there are 900,000 to 3 million reports of domestic violence a year?
- Among defendants prosecuted in Chicago's domestic violence misdemeanor court, 60.7 percent were found to have “ever had an alcohol or drug problem.” [107]
- Most victims who petition courts for protection orders have suffered several years of abuse with the same abuser before coming to court for the first time. In a multistate (and District of Columbia) study, researchers found that only 10 percent sought protection orders after a week of abuse, 15 percent experienced abuse for one to two years, and nearly 25 percent had endured abuse for more than five years. [133]
- According to the victims, almost a quarter (23 percent) of the abusers “very often” or “almost always” got drunk when they drank, more than half (55 percent) were binge drinkers, 29.3 percent used cocaine at least once a month, and more than a third (39 percent) smoked

Solutions and Updates:
We submitted online reports and emails to organizations about the hate crimes against Amber Heard, (in the UK, hate crimes can be before it is violent, such as verbal, written, online, and abusive) including how it escalated outside the UK trial, to Stop Hate UK, which said they'll periodically monitor it online, but without permission from the victim (we do not talk to Amber Heard), couldn't report it further.
We're actually involved with advocating and trying to start public safety technology that is victim-centered to save lives for almost 2 years now. Amber Heard's case demonstrates enabling culture, witness issues, and how data needs to be collected. People should be evaluating how even with data, United Nations support, and positive leadership, how culture is pushed against Amber Heard.
According to Equality Can't Wait, it will take 208 years before women are equal in the United States. The online institutions are not helping, and actually are pushing it backwards with hateful enabling and discrimination.
Could you imagine going through such violence and abuse, then all of these institutions, false accounts, tabloid media, and more try to ruin your leadership, self-sufficiency, or any progress?
Even with domestic abuse being the most commonly experienced incident, when a public figure such as Amber Heard comes forward to lead against it with influence, it's then a battle to try to keep awareness, as power works to try to silence and stop their advocacy.
Many Women's places have closed during COVID-19, when domestic abuse and cyberabuse is increasing, and there is no crowdsourced help or housing in the United States.
