The proceedings of the Sun case (Depp vs NGN) under Judge Andrew Nicol shows extensive details of violence and abuse from data collecting.

We recommend watching this video to get a clearer understanding of how so much abuse can happen in a culture that ignores it.

Amber Heard was threatened with a knife by Johnny Depp, was hit multiple times in Domestic Violence, and physically injured.

This video (Amber Heard is Innocent 2) shows the background that witnesses of the domestic abuse refused to speak publicly because of the Hollywood and cultural setting which doesn't reward helping victims - even if it's the right thing to do.

In this video, Amber Heard is threatened by Johnny Depp with a knife after she refuses to cut him when he asks her to, and he mocks her about scars and going to court. A video shows JD saying he headbutted Amber, but "that wouldn't break a nose."

A photo of missing Anthony Fox was sent by an alleged romantic partner of ex-staff saying staff are threatened with it since he wanted to testify against Depp (linked to earlier with screenshots from last year). Similarly, Evan Rachel Wood, who was abused by JD's best friend, Marilyn Manson, is shown reading a testimony that Manson threatened people if they wanted to expose him and threatened Evan with killing himself, yet at the same time violently abusing her and causing fear for numerous people.

We say that people should use technology to stop violence against women - Amber Heard data collected evidence.

Upon the above about financial, legal, or publicity resources referenced, is that Amber Heard data collected her injuries, the abuse, and situations with texts, videos, and audios.

If she did not collect this Data, likely, Amber Heard could have never become a Leader on Gender Equality or speak out against her abuse with evidence in spite of any intimidation of witnesses or unhelpful bystanders.

She did the right thing by coming forward and knowing that her abusive situations were wrong in order to keep evidence.

You can have money for lawyers or be a public figure, but without evidence as referred to in the proposal that passed Phoenix Act to extend the statute of limitations, including from this progressive example on data collecting, there may no witnesses or intimidated witnesses, and that can stop help for the victim. 

Issues with Discrimination by "Wild West" and Leadership:

  • MotivatorNet, our Twitter account, was suspended during the UK trial and while trying to support Amber, women, UN, using hashtags, and recently, LGBT/ILoveGay.
  • According to Hate Lab in the UK, misogyny is the most common form of hate on Twitter, and they're unable to remove accounts or see individual posts and in 2018 they were completely cut off as a 3rd party from Facebook, which has the highest abuse against Amber aside from Twitter. 
  • We also asked UK Anti-Bullying organization Ditch the Label if they could do anything about the cyberabuse and bullying on Amber's accounts as well as for the businesses (Aquaman Movie and L'Oreal) supporting her, but they're unable to for someone over 25 and they may still see it as tabloid-related, as well as seeing it on as different level for public figures.
  • We view the cyberabuse as teaching people to not help others, interfering to harm crime victims, and inhumane online mobs.
  • Our video shows that Amber Heard Italia (a fan group) was hacked to have their Facebook page deleted after 11 years of work.
  • Before then, PinkieJeanSpears found that their account had been logged into from Colorado, USA, which forced them to change their name from supporting Britney Spears and Amanda Bynes (Free Britney and Amanda). The account was tagged by us...

Amber Heard supports Cyber Civil Rights, but will the future ever change online?

 

Update July 21, 2020:

Lawyer Adam Waldman and others around this case have incited people (and simulations) online to intimidate witnesses and supporters from speaking up, since they are afraid of it impacting their lives, safety, and business relationships. Adam Waldman also told the NGN in an email that Amber Heard looked like 'gone girl' in February.

She had over 40,000 hateful comments on one IG post. We went onto our instagram that month with the purpose to help her.

July 20, 2020: "MW is now making a complaint about Adam Waldman (who has been tweeting from Court 13) what MW says are threatening tweets about the witness evidence - particularly the “in memoriam” tweet which is says is macabre. Journalists have repeatedly responded to the faceless adam_waldman twitter account as if it's a real account. It's posting inciting claims.

The social media companies are not protecting witnesses, victims, or legal cases. They also do not data collect for it, which is another reason we took screenshots of that alleged partner of ex-staff last year - it would have been lost.

We've been repeatedly asked if we have been paid to help Amber Heard. The answer is and will always be no. It actually pays less to help Amber Heard, because hate and bullying is profitable.

We help because we're not bystanders and feel obligated to help her life. This is nonprofit.

Update July 26:

Online crowdfunding harms helping Amber Heard's side to be seen. In fact, we cannot link to reporter Nick Wallis's website because they re-ordered the witness statements in that you cannot see clearly whose witnesses are whose, and shows JD's photo instead of AH's (or NGN's). Confusion with irrelevance has been used to prevent her from being supported.

We want you to be able to see her side which is very strongly supported with witnesses who saw Amber's injuries and distress - such as by Josh Drew, Melanie Inglessis, Whitney Henriquez, Kristina Sexton, IO Tillet-Wright, and Raquel Pennington. The link to Melanie Inglessis's statement was also removed in their website update, as was the Laura Divenere recording stating she was coerced by Adam Waldman and supported Amber, the transcripts of the recording, and her declaration. We care about you, Amber!

 

We are glad that Amber Heard is likely winning this case!

We can only hope that the public views and leaders of technology/social media focus on public safety, data, and equality to catch up with her... and her nonprofit partners, causes, the United Nations SDG5, LGBT equality, Hollaback, international discrimination laws, and others to improve lives with technology and create new social views.

We are happy for The Geek Buzz first posting the article about our petition mentioning Amber's humanitarian and social good work. They encouraged us to create this petition, as Joey has female friends who experienced domestic abuse, and supports both Amber Heard and Melissa Benoist.
