Air Sewa's response to the Grievance

Thank you for supporting the petition. We have 19 signatures and it's a great start! A grievance was also registered on Air Sewa Portal on 27th Dec. The response to which is 'no specific already addressed by region.' Status: Closed. I was expecting a more detailed response, especially on the action being taken. So, Our Status: Ongoing. Wishing you a happy, safe and successful 2017! Hoping the new year solves our passenger rights and safety issues, among other things.
