This is why an affordable senior housing project on the North Shore is crucial.

The 201H program is designed to create and regulate affordable rentals for people 55 years and over based on their income levels.  Through the 201H affordable senior housing program, communities have a unique opportunity to prioritize lifelong local senior residents.  Kupuna housing  tailored to ensure our Kupuna who grew up and lived in the community can continue to thrive here.
