A serious diversion program for those with no credit or ruined credit scores can address this silent crisis affecting countless Hartford families.

Finally, a central, accessible online database for applicants to apply for affordable housing that will accept section 8 vouchers or other rent assistance programs is crucial. It provides an inclusive platform for all, facilitating the process and lowering the barriers to accessing secure and affordable housing.
