I have witnessed firsthand the devastating consequences of child welfare services and adoption agencies on countless families. These agencies often act with impunity, tearing apart families for profit, and it’s time for them to be held accountable for their actions no more government kidnapping by soical workers and bad judges . Foster and adoption parents, lured by financial incentives, have contributed to the destruction of numerous families, placing their own interests above the well-being of children and their natural parents.

It is crucial to shine a light on the illegal activities taking place within these systems—activities that often go unnoticed and unpunished. Child laundering, child advertising, exploitation, abuse, kidnapping, and cruel and unusual torture are rampant. Yet, those responsible walk free due to a lack of accountability and legal loopholes. This must change.

To address these injustices, we demand that there be an easier way for natural parents to file criminal charges against child welfare agencies and related court officials. Every social worker, mandated reporter, school staff member, lawyer, and judge involved in these illegal practices must face the consequences of their actions. This includes a federal mandate that removes any statute of limitations for charges related to child welfare offenses and imposes a minimum 25-year prison sentence for each official found guilty of such crimes.

Additionally, adoption of a minor child, under false pretenses or for financial gain, should be recognized as human trafficking—a federal crime resulting in life imprisonment. It is imperative that no natural parent is ever deprived of their child unjustly again.

By creating stricter laws and ensuring rigorous enforcement, we can deter future wrongdoings and bring justice to families who have suffered. Our children deserve to be protected, and it's time for systemic change that holds everyone accountable for their role in these tragic situations.
