Provide diverse housing options for seniors, young professionals, and working families who are priced out of single-family homes,

Reduce car dependency by placing homes near shops, services, and parks,

Conserve our environment by preventing sprawl and protecting forests and rural areas,

Support our schools with developer-paid impact fees and increased funding,

Improve infrastructure with coordinated investment in roads, utilities, and emergency planning,

Boost our local economy by attracting small businesses and community services,

Change can be challenging, but thoughtful growth is essential. The Town Center is not unchecked urbanization—it’s smart planning rooted in the Sammamish community vision.
