Fort Worth’s 76102 community is home to vibrant cultural spaces, walkable neighborhoods, and committed service organizations. But beneath the surface, many residents—especially formerly incarcerated individuals and unhoused community members—face serious barriers to stability and support.

The proposed Community Reentry & Resilience Hub (CRRH) would provide centralized, trauma-informed care for residents navigating reentry and housing insecurity. Services would include:

• Assistance with vital ID documentation
• Mental health counseling and peer mentorship
• Housing-first case management
• Job and childcare referrals
• Collaboration with trusted local organizations like Catholic Charities, CTL, and REACH

Too many people in 76102 are falling through the cracks due to disconnected systems, inaccessible services, and lack of transportation. The CRRH would bridge those gaps—offering consistent, compassionate support in one welcoming location.
