We are all aware of the Government's shameful refusal to support children in receipt of free school meals over the half terms and holidays, and that over a million children face not having enough food. 

The consequence of having insufficient food will be damaging to these children physically and psychological, with long-term effects.

Many of us exclusively get our shopping online as a result of the current crisis, and many of us want do something to help those in dire need.

If supermarkets had a 'donate to food bank' option available for customers, there would be a significant increase in donations received, as well as an increase in revenue for the supermarkets. Which will be the first to lead the way?
