If you haven't, please sign the petition and then contact Superintendent Jara  to tell him to follow the State of Nevada Department of Education Directive #28 which states:

“Districts and schools should continue to provide in-person services to students based on needs identified in an Individualized Education Program as long as social distancing, face covering, handwashing, and sanitation measures continue to be upheld."

“Follow Nevada Dept. of Ed. Directive #028 and provide students with special needs the in-person education, supplementary aids, and services that they need to succeed. Open schools full-time to students with disabilities. Provide daily in person educational services to some of  CCSD's most vulnerable children.”
