STOP PURCHASING GEMS FROM SUPERCELL UNTIL THE TROOP SWITCH BUG GETS FIXED

The Issue

 

hey everybody

just like you i am a player of the clash of clans and i'm sure you have noticed troop switch bug since the major update version:7.65.1.

just like everybody else i went to the forums and tried to report this issue but what i saw was a thread with 24 pages:

and with too many upset players posts and only two posts from supercell staff:

a player contacted them via the support inside of the game and you can see the answers in the following link:

after one month still they're saying we're looking into it and now they say the problem is in our(players) devices while we've been playing this game just fine before the major update for at least a year without any major problems like this.

including myself as all of you developers know a program or application inside (regardless of what programming language you are using) you can create libraries and modules and create functions and define symbols and include them in your application so if anything went wrong(like troops switch bug for example) on the execution or in the process of running the application you can debug it and find the code or function inside of the application that causes the error or bug and fix it easily.

but supercell this time refuses to fix this bug cos they believe it isn't a bug it's our devices being weak and brings it up as an excuse.

we players have brought GEMS from this company and made them what are they now,a billion dollar company based on our donations and selling gems to us,but sadly regardless of listening to us and our voice and provide us a better support they make silly excuses for bugs.

so i am making this petition to boycott the SUPERCELL company and i already stopped buying gems so i am asking you people out there whom also experiencing or experienced the same bug and or unhappy from the support provided from supercell or developers working in it boycott the SUPERCELL and stop buying gems until this bug gets fixed and they provide better support for us players.
