I still need your help - One insurance company has already found a loophole to deny my claim

AMP has denied my claim based on a clause they entered into my Superannuation Policy that is so obscure and impossible for any layperson to pick up, siting that I had a pre-existing condition. I am still fighting three more Insurance Companies - My Solicitor has advised I am unable to do any sort of work, study or anything but wait and the timeframe is now potentially another 10 months. My entire life is on hold, I am in an area where I have almost no access to the treatment I need and my health is declining rapidly as a result. I have sent 5 emails to the Minister for Health and have gotten no response. Please help me to continue sharing this petition.
