SUNWAY LOW COST FLAT PJS 7/15 

- Objection on Maintenance Fee Increment 

Referring to the above matter.

The residence here at SLF PJS7/15 is facing a huge problem to pay for the high-rate increment of 105% on the Maintenance fee Moreover, Majority of the residence here are retired seniors, residents from a lower and middle-class people with very less income.

Hence, It will be a huge burden for the residence to bare such increment that make no sense towards a five storey low-cost flat, where the increment is much greater than a condominium and a middle class apartment's maintanance fee. 

PROPOSAL & DECISION were made without proper notice / letter from JMB and most of the residence didn't attend the meeting because we're not informed & those without title deeds were not allowed to join the meeting.

We the residence were not informed on who were the voters and those eligible voters that agreed on this increment. 

Immediate action needs to take place soonest as possible!
