Twenty years ago, two Boston teenagers were jailed for murder without any physical or DNA evidence, or independent witnesses placing them at the scene. No other suspects were investigated, no alibi witnesses were interviewed, and no weapon was produced. And yet these boys, both black, were sentenced to life in prison without parole.
