Contractor refuses to provide NOISE LEVELS

Please circulate the petition to your neighbours and friends who fear similar action from a Government Department. Georgiou Group today confirmed that they were REFUSING to provide the Noise Levels for any of the machines they are using, which should have been included in their contract with TMR (Main Roads) TMR have admitted that they have pre-contract data which they have never bother to have analysed and that they will now send off for analysis, but that will take at least a month. If all was above board, both Georgiou and TMR would be shouting their compliance from the roof tops. The only REASONABLE ASSUMPTION anyone can make is that the work is too loud and does NOT comply with legislation. All parties are refusing to supply evidence of compliance, and of course that's because, as those of us who are living in the vicinity know, the work is TOO LOUD.
